A note on how we describe certification
Certification applies to specific devices, not to a company. VitalPatch is FDA cleared and CE Class IIa certified. MBS LifeStone is a CE Class IIa certified medical device. Each product page states what applies to that product and nothing more.
Where a measurement is derived rather than directly sensed — blood pressure on the Infinity Watch is cuffless and optical — we describe it as a trend indication, because that is what it is. If you need a diagnostic clinical blood pressure value, use MBS LifeStone, which measures it with a supplied cuff and is a CE Class IIa certified medical device.
